Shipping time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Free shipping is included on all HeatBox Pro orders.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
